CLERHP takes the front page of Expansión in today's edition, 19 August, with an interview with Juan Andrés Romero, the company's president, in which he discusses CLERHP's evolution, its transformation into a full-service developer and the next steps in its growth strategy.

The article focuses in particular on one of the company's major goals: preparing its move to the Mercado Continuo (Spain's main stock market) in 2027. This step is a natural stage in CLERHP's evolution and aims to make it easier for international investors to access its capital, in line with the new scale the company is reaching.

Interview with Juan Andrés Romero, president of CLERHP, in Expansión about the move to the Mercado Continuo in 2027

From construction to full-service development

Since it was founded in 2011, CLERHP has undergone a major transformation. The company, which began its activity specialising in engineering and structural construction, has evolved into a business model based on real estate development and the full-scale delivery of large projects.

This transformation has one of its main growth drivers in the Dominican Republic. Through projects such as Larimar City & Resort, CLERHP is developing a new generation of real estate assets linked to tourism, housing and services.

Larimar City, one of the company's flagship projects

The interview also highlights the scale of Larimar City, the major development CLERHP is driving in the Dominican Republic.

The project envisages an estimated investment of 2.2 billion euros and an area of close to 3.5 million square metres. The plan calls for the development of around 20,000 homes, along with hotels, commercial spaces and healthcare, educational and leisure services.

As Juan Andrés Romero explains, the project is now entering a new phase of development, with the first homes already on the market and around 300 units expected to be delivered this year.

Larimar City's evolution reflects CLERHP's strategy of moving from providing construction services to progressively taking a leading role in the development and delivery of its own projects.

Marelago strengthens the real estate portfolio

Another of the projects highlighted in the interview is Marelago, the exclusive residential development located in Cap Cana.

CLERHP has acquired 100% of the company that owns the project, taking on its ownership and full-scale development. Marelago envisages the development of 139 homes and represents a new opportunity to keep expanding the company's presence in one of the leading real estate and tourism destinations in the Caribbean.

This operation adds to CLERHP's growth strategy and reinforces its position as a full-service developer in the Dominican Republic.

A new stage for CLERHP

CLERHP's presence on the front page of Expansión comes at a particularly relevant moment for the company, marked by its transformation, the growth of its project portfolio and the consolidation of its development activity.

The upcoming move to the Mercado Continuo planned for 2027 is one of the main milestones of this new stage and is seen as a further step in CLERHP's evolution toward a company with greater scale, visibility and access to international markets.

The Expansión cover and interview thus put the spotlight on a company that continues to advance in its transformation and in the development of large-scale real estate projects, with the Dominican Republic as one of its main strategic markets.
