The exclusive ASTON Towers at Larimar City & Resort begin commercialization, Punta Cana

Punta Cana, August 1, 2024 — CLERHP Estructuras S.A. and Archipelago International have announced the start of commercialization of the exclusive residential complex that will carry the exclusive identity stamp of ASTON Towers — an emblematic project that forms part of Larimar City & Resort in Punta Cana, and which has already begun to be marketed in worldwide exclusivity by The Agency, through its authorized broker in the Dominican Republic.

Exclusive apartments in "condo-hotel" regime

An apartment complex that functions as a hotel, offering short-term rentals and with a reception.

This allows owners to own their apartments and choose between living in them or renting them out to tourists, while the hotel chain manages the building.

ASTON TOWERS Larimar City

The complex named ASTON Towers Larimar City will feature 432 named residences in three elegant towers.

The complex will include multiple gastronomic options, a spa, a gym, and a wide outdoor pool area. This residential proposal offers views of the central lagoon located in Phase II.

HARPER Project by Archipelago

The Paradise Tower by HARPER will introduce 144 branded residences in a single tower, marking Archipelago's third HARPER project in the Americas.

All these projects will be developed in Phase 1 of construction.

GRAND ASTON Larimar City Golf Hotel & Residences

The luxurious GRAND ASTON Larimar City Golf Hotel & Residences will feature 150 elegant hotel rooms and 94 exclusive residences and villas. Both the hotel and the residences will be located alongside the resort's golf course, which will be a featured theme throughout the entire development. This ambitious project promises an immersive experience with indoor golf simulator facilities and illuminated practice areas.
