Who is Nicolás Carazo?

As he tells us himself, the question isn't easy to answer. "I'm a Spanish architect with years of experience, passionate about architecture and committed to design, functionality, and sustainability. Throughout my career, I've always tried to improve people's quality of life in every project. Now, at Larimar, I'm lucky to lead an exceptional team that works in harmony to bring our vision to life."

What excites you most about being part of an innovative project?

"What motivates me most about working at Larimar is being able to contribute to a project that transforms the way we live in cities. Larimar isn't just an architectural development; it's a vision of the future where sustainability, technology, and community converge. In addition, the natural cliff environment gives us unique inspiration for every design and decision in the project. Larimar will redefine urbanism and lifestyle in the Dominican Republic, especially in the Punta Cana area, offering experiences integrated with the unique cliff setting, its promenades, beaches, shared spaces, sports areas, and an incomparable golf environment."

What captured you about Larimar?
