Who is Eduardo Díaz?

As he tells us himself, the question isn't easy to answer. Eduardo Díaz has dedicated the last 20 years of his career to sales, taking on roles both as a salesperson and as a leader, and over the last eight years he has held senior management positions — currently as Sales Director at Larimar City.

For Eduardo, true leadership is about helping others discover and ignite their own potential, inspiring them to transform their lives. His focus isn't only on business results but on being a guide and support for those around him, showing that despite personal challenges, it's always possible to move forward.

What excites you most about being part of an innovative project?

"What excites me most about being part of Larimar is the challenge it represents. Having the opportunity to design and build a sales system as innovative as ours — with no precedent — is an enormous challenge that motivates me every day. While we're aware that we sometimes make mistakes, knowing that we're creating something unique fills me with pride and gratitude. Knowing that we can leave a legacy in the digital sales process and be part of such an ambitious project is what most inspires me in this experience. Feeling part of this project awakens in me a great sense of gratitude."

What made you connect with the Larimar City project from the start?

What I value most about my role at Larimar City is the chance to bring my experience and knowledge to transform teams, processes, and situations. I love the idea of creating a hybrid between the traditional and the modern, combining the best of both worlds to drive positive change. My main goal is to be that key link between leadership and results, helping people turn their work into their true passion. It excites me to be able to guide my colleagues toward their dreams, so that one day they can say: "Thanks to Larimar, I achieved my goals." I also firmly believe in the importance of caring for every person on the team. This people-first approach is what truly makes the difference and will undoubtedly be one of the company's greatest successes.
