Who is JJ Alonso?

For JJ, his essence is defined beyond his professional career. Above all, he considers himself a friend, son, brother, husband, and father. From a young age, he discovered his passion for the business world, specializing in commercial expansion and team leadership. His approach isn't only results-based; it's also about training, supporting, and inspiring the people around him.

Over the years, his career has taken him into sectors as diverse as real estate and construction, among others. Each has left a mark on his trajectory, but especially real estate and agriculture, which form part of his roots and values. However, his most creative and personal side finds refuge in jewelry — a world that lets him explore his passion for design and elegance.

His role at CLERHP

As KAM (Key Account Manager), JJ Alonso leads the management of broker and real-estate-agent accounts worldwide, and coordinates the KAM teams within CLERHP. His mission is clear: to create, train, and organize commercial teams and networks that drive the group's growth and expansion. With strategic vision and a strong orientation to excellence, JJ is the engine that drives new business opportunities and strengthens key relationships for the company's success.

One of the fundamental aspects of JJ's work at Larimar City & Resort is the management of authorized brokers — a key group of professionals in the international marketing of the project. From Canada to Italy, through Dubai, Puerto Rico, and the Dominican Republic, JJ coordinates and supports this network of real estate experts, ensuring they have the tools, training, and strategies needed to bring the Larimar City & Resort vision to investors around the world.

What excites him most about Larimar City & Resort

When asked what excites him most about Larimar City & Resort, his answer is emphatic: "Everything!" From the very name — inspired by the Larimar gem, unique to the Dominican Republic — to the project's innovative concept, JJ sees in Larimar City much more than a real estate development: a transformative vision of what a destination for life and wellbeing can be.

With deep emotion, he shares: "We're creating something incredible with great enthusiasm, dedication, sacrifice, and love.
