Agreement with Point: Mediterranean outdoor furniture in the Caribbean

Larimar City & Resort has formalized an agreement with the Spanish firm Point to supply outdoor furniture across all residences and shared spaces of the development. This new alliance marks a strategic step in the consolidation of the project, bringing in an internationally recognized brand renowned for design excellence and durability in tropical climates like the Caribbean.

With this collaboration, Larimar reinforces its proposition of bringing the essence of the Mediterranean lifestyle to the Caribbean by combining design, comfort, and materials suited to coexist with the tropical environment. The Alicante firm's furniture will be present not only in the residences themselves, but also in the various common-use spaces, including amenities, restaurants, and future hotel facilities, contributing to an atmosphere aligned with the Mediterranean concept reinterpreted in a Caribbean key.

As part of the agreement, a prior technical visit was made to Point's facilities to review finishes and document the materials selection process. During that meeting, the agreement was signed by Juan Andrés Romero, president of CLERHP, the company developing the Larimar City & Resort project, and Vicente Pons, one of the owners of Point and also president of the Valencia Furniture Fair.

The Director of After-Sales and Interior Design at Larimar City & Resort, Ángela Moyano, highlighted the value this alliance brings to the project.
