Larimar City & Resort continues advancing in its international growth strategy with the opening of a new office in Madrid, located at Velázquez 12, one of the capital's main business and financial hubs. The opening, held to coincide with the dates of FITUR, marks a key step in consolidating the project in Europe and reinforcing its positioning as a leading real estate investment destination in the Caribbean.

The new Madrid office is born with a clear mission: to bring Larimar City & Resort closer to the European investor, facilitate personalized support, and strengthen institutional and commercial relations from one of the continent's main economic centers. From this office, strategic actions will be coordinated to enhance the project's visibility, generate new investment opportunities, and continue building trust in international markets.

The opening is part of Larimar City & Resort's expansion plan, which combines physical presence in key locations with a solid communications and commercial development strategy.
