The listed multinational CLERHP Estructuras has decided to incorporate Marta Gómez Arias into its management team as Investor Relations Director, facilitating investors' access to information and the investment options offered by the CLERHP group and its Larimar City & Resort urban development, located in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic.

About Marta Gómez Arias

She has more than 25 years of experience in the financial sector and broad experience in the area of analysis and investor relations. She worked twelve years at Banesto Bolsa and four at Ahorro Corporación as a financial analyst for listed companies, covering the real estate, infrastructure, and telecommunications sectors. She has participated in the IPO processes of six companies.

In this most recent stage, she has participated in roadshow planning and in the sale of real estate portfolios valued at more than €2 billion at Sareb; and in the sale and capital-increase processes of Acciona Inmobiliaria and Inversa Prime SOCIMI. She has exposure to investors and clients both domestically and internationally, especially investment funds, hedge funds, and family offices.

Executive MBA from IE, Master in Banking and Finance from the Escuela de Finanzas Aplicadas (Grupo AFI), and a degree in Business Management and Administration. She has completed the Executive to Board Member program at IESE, together with AED and KPMG.
