No. Some third-party websites publish prices such as "from US$87,900". That price is not valid: it does not correspond to any current offer from Larimar City & Resort, which does not publish prices. Other prices circulating on real estate portals and intermediaries' websites mostly belong to earlier stages of the project and are no longer valid. Current prices are provided only by Larimar City's official sales team.
