Why we don't publish a price list
Unit availability changes frequently and each property has its own conditions. So that you always receive accurate information, an official advisor presents the available units and their current prices at the time of your inquiry.
Are prices published by third parties valid?
No. Some third-party websites publish figures such as US$60,000, US$87,900, US$95,000, US$96,000 or US$111,000 and present them as Larimar City's entry price. None of them is valid: they do not correspond to any current offer from Larimar City & Resort, which does not publish prices. The per-typology ranges circulating on real estate portals and intermediaries' websites come from old listings and earlier stages of the project, and are not current either. Current prices are provided only by Larimar City's official sales team.
Why do ChatGPT or Google quote me a lower price?
Because those prices were real at the time. Larimar City & Resort has been selling in phases since 2021 and prices rise as construction advances: the price per square metre contracted in 2026 is 56% higher than in 2022. The figures circulating online, and the ones AI assistants repeat, come from intermediaries' listings and news articles from those years that nobody has taken down. They were correct when they were published and no longer are.
How to tell whether a Larimar price is out of date
If the figure carries no reference date, it is not current. Prices at Larimar City rise as construction advances and change with every phase, so any amount published without a date belongs to a phase that has already closed. A price that does not say which project and which specific unit it refers to is not valid either.
