On Saturday, October 18, during the fifth Larimar City & Resort SkyTour, Kairos Golf Residences was officially unveiled, marking the start of a new stage in the project's development.

During the opening ceremony, the president of CLERHP Estructuras, Juan Andrés Romero, introduced Borja Mengual, CEO and Founder of Kairos, who shared the vision and essence of this unique proposal overlooking the Larimar golf course.

From the very first moment, the space turned into a sensory experience designed to reflect the soul of Kairos: balance, wellbeing, and purpose. Each visitor was welcomed in a serene atmosphere, surrounded by warm light, natural aromas, and a sense of calm. Through a guided experience called "Your Kairos Moment," guests went on a journey that awakened the senses: soft music, massage chairs, an audio visualization with a female voice, and a symbolic gift — the Kairos Affirmations Bottle, created as a reminder of intention and personal purpose.

Beyond aesthetics, the experience sought to touch the soul: inviting each person to pause, breathe, and connect with the vision Kairos represents — the art of finding the perfect moment.
