ECOFIN Forum recognizes CLERHP's merit, innovation, and potential with the 'Titans of Finance 2024' award in the Internationalization category

Madrid, October 8, 2024 — Clerhp Estructuras (CLR.MC), a leading Spanish multinational in construction and real estate development listed on BME Growth, celebrated last night along with other companies and personalities from the financial world the granting of the ECOFIN 2024 Jury Award.

This award recognizes "merit, innovation, and contribution to Spain's economy through disruptive market visions, and the potential to change lives through business."

The surprise of the night for Clerhp came with a second recognition, since it was also nominated for the 'Titans of Finance 2024' Award in the Internationalization category, which was received by CLERHP CEO Juan Andrés Romero, during what was — probably — the best gala in the history of the ECOFIN Forum, bringing together more than 200 guests at the Wellington Hotel in Madrid and becoming once again the meeting point of the business and financial community.

These awards are decided after deliberation by the 30 members of the jury, who preselect the candidate companies from the proposals received — and then the followers and members of 'ecofin.es' vote for the winners.

The Jury members — composed of active professionals, historical figures from the business world, and executives of companies from different sectors, among others — have valued the work in financial areas such as corporate refinancing, singular debt issuances, default recovery strategies, risk control, automation of management and finance areas, original use of technologies applied to business or financial management, audit and control, default reduction, participation in capital markets, corporate finance operations, due diligence, etc. The recognition also seeks to highlight products, services, or initiatives that have contributed to the financial improvement of the market, sectors, or companies in their financial or management practices.

ECOFIN voters also awarded this prize to CLERHP Estructuras. The award, given to the 10 selected companies, publicly values "the personal, collective, or innovative effort of those executives, companies, and public or private institutions that have stood out in the last eighteen months in their financial management."

This second award has been received by the CEO as recognition for the work carried out in recent years: "Personally, I'm very grateful, as we receive it as recognition for all the effort of these years since the pandemic — which have been complex and in which we have been able to transform the company into a unique and exciting project. Our international position since our founding has been total; we have known how to export the know-how and the Spain brand. The ECOFIN gala was full of pleasant moments and amusing surprises, and was hosted by two exceptional presenters: the soprano Pilar Jurado (director, composer, and soprano) and Euprepio Padula (analyst and communicator).

On behalf of Clerhp, in addition to CEO Juan Andrés Romero, the following attended: one of the company's directors, Alberto Muñoz; the Business Development Director, Felipe Moreno; and the Communications Director, Javier Castellano. After the awards ceremony, a gala dinner was held in which CLERHP executives attended and accompanied various renowned personalities from the economic and financial world invited by Romero to the event.
