Joint Venture between CLERHP Estructuras and Archipelago International

The Spanish multinational CLERHP Estructuras and the international hotel management group ARCHIPELAGO International, a leader in Southeast Asia, have signed a strategic alliance framework agreement — with joint venture terms — for the management and administration of at least one thousand homes at the most ambitious urban development in the Dominican Republic, Larimar City & Resort, the flagship project of the listed company Clerhp's real estate development line.

They will jointly carry out the administration and management of projects with operations

Both companies will jointly manage the administration of projects under exclusive operation in the "condo-hotel" and "Branded Residences" models. The first projects will be the Branded Residences "ASTON Towers", with 432 residences, and "Paradise Tower by HARPER", with 144 residences.

The Archipelago International group is officially accredited as one of the management companies for vacation rental programs at Larimar City & Resort. Larimar clients can choose them to manage their properties, incorporating the exclusivity and character defining each of the projects included in the agreement: Paradise Tower by Harper, The Aston Towers Branded Residences, and Grand Aston Golf Hotel & Residences.
