The splendor of our SkyTour

Punta Cana, Dominican Republic — October 19, 2025. Larimar City & Resort held its fifth SkyTour this weekend — a gathering already established as one of the most anticipated events for clients, collaborators, and strategic partners. More than 300 people attended a day marked by emotion, community spirit, and the future vision that inspires this major oceanfront urban project.

The company's president, Juan Andrés Romero, delivered the event's central address. In his remarks, he evoked the origins of the project, thanked clients and collaborating companies for their support, and highlighted how Larimar continues to grow strongly, positioning itself as the first Smart City in the Caribbean.

"Larimar is much more than a real estate development: it's a city that pulses, grows, and shines with each of you," said Romero.

One of the standout moments was the official presentation of Kairos Golf Residences, a new residential project that consolidates Larimar's expansion along the sports and active-lifestyle axis. Borja Mengual took the stage to share the proposal, which generated great enthusiasm among attendees.

The ceremony culminated with the awards of the Liga de Viejas Glorias del Béisbol of the Dominican Republic — a moving moment held in memory of Eugenio, a great friend and collaborator of Larimar. The company has sponsored this league for two years as part of its commitment to community and national sport. The story was covered by CDN Deporte.

Among those honored were the teams Estrellas de Herrera, Yamasá, and Cangrejeros de Haina, as well as standout players like Alexander Santa, Alfredo Rosario, and Carlos Joseph. Awards were also given to managers and to the breakout team of the year.

The SkyTour has consolidated as a meeting place for those who already form part of the Larimar community and for those who want to discover up close a project that's transforming the way to live and invest in the Caribbean.
