There are projects that build buildings. And there are projects that help build the future of a territory.

Larimar City & Resort has been recognized with a major award that highlights its innovative vision and its leadership within the Caribbean real estate sector, consolidating the work the team has been developing for years to bring to life a city designed for people, sustainability and quality of life.

Larimar City & Resort receives a major award

The award was received by Juan Andrés Romero, president of CLERHP and CEO of Larimar City & Resort, during a gathering that brought together institutional representatives, companies and professionals connected to urban development and real estate investment.

This recognition comes at a particularly significant moment for Larimar City & Resort, where construction progress continues at a strong pace and where the city is taking shape day by day through its residential buildings, infrastructure, leisure spaces and services.

Beyond the figures, the award recognizes a way of understanding urban planning. A vision committed to creating a complete city, where living, working, enjoying, investing and connecting with nature are all part of the same experience.

During the event, Juan Andrés Romero emphasized that this recognition belongs to everyone who is part of the project.

“This award is the result of the work of hundreds of professionals, collaborators and companies who share the same vision. Larimar is not just a real estate development; it is a city designed to improve the way we live and enjoy our time. Every milestone we achieve is possible thanks to the commitment of an entire team.”

Larimar City & Resort's delegation was made up of Juan Andrés Romero, president of CLERHP; Pedro Romero, general director; Daniel Malky, deputy general director; Luis Chamizo, director of Architecture; and Macarena Perona, director of Communication and Marketing.

The recognition adds to other milestones achieved by the project and reinforces the international positioning of Larimar City & Resort as one of the most relevant urban developments in the Caribbean.

As the city continues to grow, this award is an incentive to keep moving forward with the same philosophy with which the project was born: to create a residential destination capable of combining innovation, well-being, design, nature and community.

Because the future is not imagined. It is built.

And at Larimar City & Resort, it is already taking shape.
