Larimar City incorporates TK Elevator technology, hand in hand with JCQ Ingeniería en Ascensores

Larimar City & Resort has formalized a strategic agreement together with TK Elevator (TKE) and JCQ Ingeniería en Ascensores to incorporate latest-generation vertical-mobility solutions into the residential, hotel and service developments that will form part of the city.

The alliance brings together three companies with a common goal: to keep raising the standards of quality, innovation and user experience in one of the most ambitious smart cities currently under development in the Caribbean.

A three-way alliance to drive the city of the future

The agreement integrates TK Elevator, one of the world's leading companies in vertical mobility; JCQ Ingeniería en Ascensores, the brand's official distributor and authorized installer in the Dominican Republic; and Larimar City & Resort, the major urban development promoted by CLERHP in Punta Cana.

Thanks to this collaboration, the future residential, hotel and service buildings of Larimar City will be able to incorporate vertical-transport solutions backed by the technology, experience and operational capacity of two sector benchmarks.
